justice quest past lvl80 ???

i go to a few places for justice quest, low and behold lvl 60-79. anybody know where to start justice past lvl 80 cause I sure don't.

    80+ should be to the left of the lower level one in west arch. Practically any of the level 80+ towns north of Lost have one too.

    the guy to talk to is to the left of the NPC for CS. you get a choice of mobs like Mothrans and such.

    The guy in Sirry Wine camp too. (Which I mention since that's where all the 80-85 mobs live)
