He let me know today that his account was banned, also his email adress was **** and changed pass b:sad. He dunno how this will turn out as
We are unable to discuss bans with any email address or ticketing account besides the banned account's.

    This wouldn't be an issue if it weren't for that stupid policy. The policy to not discuss the bans publicly is very annoying.

    While the policy may seem..."stupid" to some, I personally agree with it. Not everyone needs to know why an account was banned and the current progress of any appeals made. Their business is their business.

    yup what people forget is that discussing bans in public might give people a clue in how to circumvent the system if they know what sort of checks and balances PWE actually have in place to investigate bannable actions

    While it doesn't need to be public it would appear as if PW jumps to conclusions before it bans accounts. Make enemies in game... they send in tickets about you 20 hours a day = enjoy a nice ban. This is now its supposed to be?

    He can submit a ticket asking why he was banned using the **** email as his registered email and request that the email be also sent to another email address.

    You dont need to access the email to submit a ticket, you just need to put it as your email address.


    Last time I got banned I didn't know the password to the email account i made my account with since it was an almost 2 year old account I only used once. So I just put in the email address and requested it be sent to my other email account, and the response was sent to the other email account.

    no cos you still need to log in to the account that was banned to raise the ticket.. what Rawrgh is saying that when asked for your email address on the ticket form you put in the address you want to be mailed to

    Never knew Thanato's but whoever they are, they have my pity. To be **** must be horrible b:surrender Happened to me once or twice so yeah.
