    Depends on your protection settings. I turn everything off ^^ So i can only buff myself :)
    When I got the meaning of melee mixed up:
    'Maj.. Melee ffs.. means I'm punching you in the face 1 foot away!'

    If you turn "everything off", u will cast this skill on your opponent b:laugh
    Need to set "cast buff on yourself if target is RED" (or smth like this).
    But if you use genie's Expel as attack skill - it will be big trouble.

    PS: Both 79 skills can be used but not required for archer. Few times Condor save my **** against other archer giving time to kill him, but yes, it's not 100% miss. Alacrity good as speed buff especial with Holy path in instances, for example. So, up to you... you will be fine without this skills to.
    PPS: Sin's heal good for grinding for save money =)
