    There is no level restriction from entering a TW that I know of, lowest I've seen in a TW was a 2x.

    Level 100 Blademaster - Diverse (Harshlands)
    Level 97 Cleric - ManeK (Harshlands)
    Level 91 Wizard - lnnocent (Harshlands)
