Hey all this is my 3-4 post and i have been playing this game for a long time ...
So i came with idea form Jade Dynasty online Fishing thingy...

I know that farmin monsters for drops and to sell that drop to NPC is so damn common.
I mean spending time each day to kill same monster again is kinda annying.
I know form Jade Dynasty (cuz i did play it) that on 30 level if i am not wrong you can fish a fish and you can sell it to NPC .
But that is for one a day .... so here is my suggestion

Having a Fishing rod and NPC that sells baits.
But having different baits and rods ,also having different places for fishing BUT each place gives new fish ....like
Great lake that gives Small fish and mediums fishes
And other like gold, silver, ultra big ....all on basted where are monsters and what monsters levels are ..

    Fishing? But what will happen to us Tideorn?b:sadb:shocked

    As long as there are signs underwater that say Fishing Zone so Tideborn stay away I'm all for it.

    Just don't add any signs so we can catch them T.Born's and actually feed them to our pets b:sin

    I totally agree to Tideborn

    But i did forget to add contests (in my suggestion) like : heaviest fish , largest fish ,most catches etc.

    I agree, sounds nice but first lets try 2 fix all the bugs that already exist =)

    yeah to be serious,

    Personally I would suggest not making anything new for a while, as I don't know about the rest of your players but I would certainly spend more money on the game if I felt like you were spending anytime to fix the glitches, bugs and other problems that the game already has rather than working on something new that will probably bring on more glitches.

    Still, OP great idea :)

    I agree we should fix all the old bugs first before putting anything darasticly new like a new skill or class or such things. the usuall update on experience or clothing is ok because its not a big change.

    but it cant hurt to have some ideas stored up for when they get most of the bugs fixed.

    I loved fishing in ********* back when I still plaid it years ago. I would LOVE to see a fishing system here as well. ^_^

    Not to make the Mods angry by talking about another game, but LoZ was a kick **** one, and the fishing was an amazing break from killing Ganondorf and going through thousands of puzzles to save a princess who, well frankly, should have just been killed. It did make one heck of a story line though.
    I think once the bugs are fixed in this game, or atleast the major bugs, the devs should definitely look into a fishing element for it. It would be a nice change and more... kid friendly? I know my friend allows her five year old son to play her character, I bet he would enjoy fishing AND killing baddies on it too.

    You should check the fishing game from Breath of Fire III (not IV, that one sucks beyond repair), it's even better. ^^

    Fishing would be great and I think a lot of players including myself will enjoy the game even more. I see a lot of players in other games spend most of their time fishing than grinding or questing. I find myself doing the same thing. Please add fishing in this game.b:cry
