Chill Skill lvl

Just wanna know how much i shud lvl up Chill Of The Deep,Shadow Teleport and Shadow jump..mainly for chill coz i dnt wanna make my attack rate too slow.

    Max it when you decide to pvp (without interval gear). Other than that, leave it at level 1. The teleports are useful at level 1 and only increase in distance as you level them. That said, level them sparingly.

    Chill of the Deep is usefull on aoes too like in fc. About teleports... shadow teleport need a lot coins and sp... but shadow jump is pretty cheap and sometimes usefull ;)
