Hey guys, new news from china! >:D (and you know that pwi gets the 80% of things from china in a period of about 1-2 months) so here it goes!

This week they put a new sale: 4 aerogears (one for each class) and 1 ground mount: (the name is google-translated)
Human: martyrdom will be
Untamed: Flying magic owl
Winged elf: Gold eye fire wing
Tideborn: fog raw silk

And the last one! the ground one! Mammoth

OMG they're amazing! : O i really want 'em

    That mamoth seem to be very huge mount.
    These makes me wonder if there new race it would be with wild world themes. (thundra, tropical forest, many other place)

    Or hey, you know what, we could fix the bugs that are already here! ....-_- like the fact the TB can't upgrade wings.......and the graphics for the other races....and the Stealth problem....The list goes on and on....

    Until they release some "real" animated TB wings, instead of the flippity flop ones we already have. I am not interested b:sweat

    Human and Untamed's looks pretty nice to me.

    Am I the only one who feels disappointed? The human one is, wow, yet another sword, like almost all human flying mounts. The elven one looks like at least 2 older pairs of wings, only with different colours. As for the untamed one, it looks...well, terrible; it doesn't look like an owl at all, and what's with the ill yellow colour? It COULD be cool in gray or black, but definitely not in yellow, and not with the misleading name

    IMHO, the wings are ridiculously over-sized and look, well, ridiculous. b:scorn

    The whole flying mount thing seems screwed up to me. Again, IMYHO (YMMV)

    * The Tideborn should be riding the flying mantas and other aqua-related mounts. Never heard of Merpeople with wings.

    * The Untamed should be riding birds, dragons and other "land" animal-type mounts. Where the hell did they get mantas in Perfect World anyways? b:question I haven't seen any in the waters, not that the Untamed live anywhere near large expanses of water to get them if they did exist.

    * Winged Elves should, of course, have wings. The wings should have some "realistic" proportion to the body. I can imagine my cleric unfurling some of these things and falling over backwards from the weight. b:chuckle

    * Humans are purported to be riding flying swords, but it's a stretch to call some of these things swords. Some look more like futuristic alien aircraft and at least one - the Gourd - doesn't look like a sword at all.



    All that being said, I agree that I'd also rather they spend some quality time together fixing existing bugs than introducing new ones.

    After a 1 hour update (heh, my connection is slow >.<) i got inside and looked the prices
    it costs 1.000 CN gold, but wait! gold there is cheaper to get lol

    Urim's light costs 30 gold here, in CN it costs 228
    sooo.... if the new aerogear costs 1000, this in USA would be 130$ b:shocked b:shocked

    Again, this is all up to PWI GMs, and the prices NEVER coincide (perfect gold hammer costs 1 gold there (~30 silver))

    And about the mammoth.... i don't see it in sale, but i see that on this week, the items that are on sale theres a +[picture of a present (pack)], so i guess when you buy one of the sales, you get the item plus the pack that has a chance to get the mammoth (i'm not sure about this, it's only a guess)

    And no, lol, i won't pay there to see if i can get the mammoth on those packs b:chuckle

    To comment on that:

    - Tideborn: Flying fish?
    - Untamed: Those mantas are allergic to water too. I guess the developers wanted to put some kind of magic carpets, but hey.
    - Winged elves (and to an extent, tideborn too): Don't even think of logical physics in PWI anymore.
    - Humans: they are floating alien skateboards. As for the gourd... Wheeeeeeeeeeeee~!! (Drunk BMs and wizards, anyone?)

    Bigger, faster, stronger? And more costly too. I just wonder if slower and older aerogears will be price-reduced again if those things are released.
