Genie reset question.

Can genies go below their base stats using origination orders?
Can origination orders be used to reset their "specialty" stat.

For example, lets suppose I have an Infliction genie, base stats
15 STR
3 MAG
5 DEX
5 VIT

Can I use origination orders to lower its STR?
Can I use origination orders to lower its DEX and VIT?

    i think you can reset the attribute to 3
    never tested it though and i cannot say that the source is reliable (i dont even remember where i read it xD)

    If you had the White Genie, with 15 Base VIT, put it up to 30, then tried to get it down to below 15, it wouldn't work. I've tried it.
