    Our moon got almost that big once, when it decided to get real close to the planet.

    If the big one is a planet, why can you see it when your inside the city and it vanishes if you leave it?

    It can only be seen under very specific circumstances, and Tideborn area fits those specific circumstances? Like how you can only see a rainbow when you're standing at the perfect angle and the sun is at the perfect angle and the rain is at a perfect angle too.

    And why? Because.....that planet is surrounded by a mist that can only be viewed through Tideborn area, I dunno.

    I'm guessing this is a case of pareidolia, much as seeing the "face in the moon" (or the "rabbit in the moon" if you're Japanese) is for the Earth's moon.

    Go to Tide area, fly from there to Archo (or at any place you like), and you still see it.
