So, i stumpled upon these boots

which are kinda divine,,,

it appears that they are the final reward from this quest

i'm pretty sure that this quest is not implemented yet or amazingly difficult (and hidden) but i would like to read what you think :3

    You do notice that they got a 100% chance of 0 sockets, right? And since the refines are not listed, it might even be unrefinable. And even if it were, it's still Arcane.

    hm, i didnt notice the socket/refine thing indeed
    and i didnt also notice that they have only 2 addons

    the only think i focused was the +10attack level xD

    also i see now that the defences are a bit messed up, 400pdef+400mdef

    but anyway, are they available?

    Look at the sub-quests. See if you've done any of them, if so then just follow the order shown till you get that quest

    Ta-da, you just got the quest and have some new boots ^.^

    You can always go to where The NPC is supposed to be. If it's not there, you can't get it. If it is, maybe you can, maybe you can't.

    He's there, near General Summer. However, the quest should be gotten from him when you hit 40, but he doesn't have that quest.

    the npc is there but no quests available indeed
