How's Harshlands ?

Hi,

I quit PWI a while ago and I've been thinking about coming back. But, when I was playing on LC, I always felt like cash shopping was too deep involved and that there was some kind of super high sphere of PvP that was basically unreachable without cashshopping.

Is Harshlands any better for that ? Are there even slightly less cash shoppers ? I think I might roll on Harshlands because people always told me it was better than LC, that there was more competition because it was a little more "fair" due to the fact that there were a lot less cash shoppers.

So, is any of that true ? :D

    HL doesnt have as much cash shoppers as LC does... I think LC has probably 3 times more cash shoppers then HL has, but doesnt mean HL doesnt have alot though.

    There quite a lot if you ask me.
    Either way, I think every server will have those "people"
    that are hardcore CS'd roaming around to pvp with someone.
    Unconditional if you ask me.

    actually it was fun in the beginning but now if they start a new pvp server, everybody will be in bh/fc/whatever

    Why are people unable to fully understand the words they read on the forums ? I never rolled a character on Harshlands, I'm from Lost City and was asking how the other PvP server was.

    Don't need to fully understand it when "How's Harshlands?" is the topic name. All it takes is 1 minute of reading stuff in this section, and then you'll know.

    Yeah, all I see are "x faction vs. x faction" and silly polls meant to settle who's the most liked person on the server, so no.

    All in all most of us like to have fun, and make random threads. And have random posts.

    PVP is...eh okay. If you can stand getting ganked. Especially when you try to 1v1.

    What about the go-to places for PvP ? In Lost City for example, if you go to The Silver Pool, Hidden Orchid Village, Archosaur West Gate's entrance, etc. you'll get ganked immediatly. Is it the same in Harshlands or do the places change ?

    At west gate, people stand around talking until they see some occasional lowbie running by and see who can kill him/her first, then go back to talking.
    Hidden Orchid is only if you wanna farm lowbies.
    Some PvP (not very often though) at Silver Pool. And there it's mostly ganks going on.

    Oh, you will see a lot of people calling other people out of SZ, and I mean a LOT(!). Saying they fail and that they could 1-shot them and everything. You will never find the callers outside SZ themselves, though.

    If you all gonna cry about PVP is dead, why wont you all go to the places ppl in your levels questing and try to kill ppl?
    Instead of just setting SL and go to learoy at west gate then saying "oh gank you all cant pwn me 1vs1".

    Thats why I hate all those who saying PVP is dead, and they never tried to farm ppl themselves.
    Like for reals Pedro? Nothing against you but you never tried to find ppl to kill. And no going out to west gate isnt count.

    it's a cash shop game lmao

    50 stash = cash shop

    80 stash = cash shop

    stopping dropping stuff = cash shop

    getting places faster = mount= cash shop


    i play RFturbo lol (played rf online since codemasters)

    i just let my nephew run around on my archer and sin occasionally now <.<

    i prefer pvp with people that spend time to get their equips pimped not to pvp with peoples wallets <.<
