I was never a fan of Mold gears [mainly because I am a Dex gear *****], but it's good for what it does/worth. Your gear is essentially the best you can get. i don't see need for improvement besides the weapon.

refine it more or you should consider on starting to save for either Vast Land bow [1~2m typically] or Broad Land bow [20~40m] once you reach 85. These 2 bows will last you until your early 90's.

you have quite a nice helm btw. grats on the pickup. just don't focus on refining it. you can either look into Helm of Aqua Viciousness [3~5m] or Warsoul helm [20~30m] or 3* helms with -10% requirement, or something that'll worth with your str stat.

by 90, you should already be farming HH for your HH90 armor.

    - Get a better helmet (3-star, at least, since 3-star gives more HP).

    - Get a W&C with 2 sockets, and get it to +4.

    - This might help: http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=388791

    - Get a W&C with 2 sockets, and get it to +4.

Not quite necessary, as far as I'm concerned. I went 69-88 using a +3 W&C with 2 Flawless Garnets in it.

There's a few things you should look forward to getting:
    1. Ring of Heavenly Lord at 88
    2. Sky Demon's Pearl at 87
    3. Demon Slaughter Belt at 86
    4. Helmet of Lion Spirit right now
    5. Bracers of Blood Moon, asap

Don't bother with TT80s, they're mostly a waste of time. Also, you could start aiming for +3 refines on stuff. Also, Cape of Tauran Chieftain is hardly a good cape.

But honestly, all the really good stuff comes after 85.
you can either look into Helm of Aqua Viciousness [3~5m]

Recently, I compared a +3 Helm of Aqua Viciousness to my +3 Helmet of Lion Spirit, with the same sockets. The increase in life wasn't that big and it would require some heavy investing in strength, lowering damage and crit in favor of life. Which is something you shouldn't do.

Something else worth mentioning as a goal is rank 4, which requires 5000 reputation. The rank 4 archer top has -0.05 interval between hits on it, which especially benefits fast weapons such as Wind and the Clouds.

You have not said anything about how much time and effort you are willing to put into your gear.

For example, you might consider changing your pants: http://pwcalc.ru/pwi/?char=8272d109d404ed99

TT80 gold isn't really worth it, considering that it's only 10 levels. And Shinguards of Hedes are perfectly usable until 90, I did that.

    Spirit Eater Shinguards give you
    512 pdef
    795 mdef
    60 HP
    5-6 dexterity
    5-6 vitality

    Skywalker Shins give you
    563 pdef
    875 mdef
    70 HP
    7-8 vitality
    +1% reduce physical damage taken.

In other words: you get about 40 pdef, 80 mdef, 1 point of vitality and another 10 hp but you lose 5 or 6 dexterity if you trade your tt80 gold legs for tt90 green legs. Edit: and you get 1% reduce physical damage taken which is worth maybe 30..70 health for most archers, and you get another point or two of health from each refine.

Do you really think that those benefits are worth that cost?

You'll still be getting those TT90 legs if you ever want to get to 99. Also, you can sell the TT90, but not the TT80.
