I've got my eye on Mold: Moonlight Bow, and I'm wondering how hard it'll be to get it. From Poison Tail Occultist's page, its default drop rate is 0.6199% and its "real" drop rate is 17.0182%.

I've killed him more times than I can count with my 37 BM. After all those, I had gotten 4 of the necklace mold and a load of 3* items. Yesterday I decided to do it with a party closer to his level. 23 barb, 20 cleric, 20 blademaster. Got some 3* drops -o-

Is it more likely to happen (read: will it actually happen) if I keep using the second team?

    I don't think it matters very much. I'm not 100% sure, but I think the drops are calculated for the highest level player in the party. So lower levels won't make a difference, but higher levels will.

    Okay, well my question was whether or not it's worth continuing using a team of 23 and below. With that level range, there should be no penalty on drop calculation, and, as far as I can tell, it should be easier to get the mold.
