So I spend alot of time reading the various opinions on the archer forum. I have come up with some random idea's that where shown to be wrong but hey if no one tried we wouldn't have wheels would we b:laugh
I am curious is the damage also nerfed or does it tick away at the described amount? Either way, has someone ever tried using those as openers? I just thought it might be an additional drain to help get past the charm. My friend already said that they don't stack which blew my first thought out of the water. I wanted to stack the effect the way monsters do

They do stack, though the problem is trying to get enough of them to stack due to cooldown time.
And they do go through penalties. Take said damage from skill, divide by 4, which is the pvp reduction, then multiply by "(100-opponent resistance in percent)/100". This is the damage (in most circumstances) that you will deal over the duration of the DoT. It is worth noting that the DoT takes 3 seconds to "tick" so if say you end up doing 400 total DoT damage in 15s, that becomes 400/5 = 80 damage per tick, or 80 damage per 3 seconds.0 -
Impressive...i will have to ponder your answer...its too early:D Sorry my first post was not very clear. PvP was exactly what I was trying to talk about, so thank you. 80 every second does not seem like very much. I guess that is why everyone says they are not worth using?0

There is one dot thats worth using... metal ball... it tick like 300+ on robes and more on la... even enough of an annoyance to ha.1. If I kill you; do something about it yourself, don't go complaining to my wife.
2. If you have less kill counts then me, don't expect me to take pk advice from you.
3. If you are hiding behind an alt, don't expect me to acknowledge your existence.
