I HAVE A PROBLEM I CANT POST MY SIGNATURE
AT POSTING RULES SAY:

You may post new threads
You may post replies
YOU MAY NOT POST ATACHEMENTS WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
You may edit your posts

Smilies are On

    You are doing it wrong. Click User CP and click the Edit Signature button.

    You don't post an attachment.. go to
    User CP button (top left) -> Edit Signature then you can put your sig whether it's text or an imagehost URL code for a picture
