Frenzy Genie Skill?

I did a good enough research on this around the topics here before posting this, and, frankly, didn't find anything more than "they sayd it does this, they say it does that, I didn't test it yet" about this skill.

Any of the real PWI adept can give any clarification on the effects and actual effectiveness of this skill?

I got it on my assassin. And by the red numbers it doesn't seem to add ANY bonus to the level of my attack (despite what it says).

P.S. nice animation though b:laugh *sigh*

    Yes Frenzy does work. I use it a lot.

    It increases your attack level by 1 per rank at the cost of about 10% lowered stats to yourself per level.


    I'm not sure why the skill doesn't show up for you.(Your attack level is a number under your character screen toward the bottom remember, it will say attack level next to it.)

    If you still don't see an increase try quickly closing and opening your stat screen after frenzy activates. It could be that your getting the increase but your stat window just needs to be refreshed while Frenzy is up to see the number change.
