    A level 90 sin (according to that set up) has a p attack of 2463-3158 and crit rate of 21%
    At 77 with no refines, i have a p attack of 2624-3336 and a crit rate of 21%.

    I hope you don't plan on pvping much

    25% crit rate is a hefty chunk anyway (And theres powerdash anyway..)

    A full dex sin with 5 aps will do significantly more damage (in dps and spike) than an HA sin with 5 aps.

    In PvP it won't matter because whoevers on the recieving end will die regardless.
