PWE: Release prepaid cards to more retailers

DISCLAIMER: This post is written only with the US market in mind. I'm not sure if prepaid cards are even available yet in other countries... x_x
I tend not to post here often... only when I'm writing something that the team of PWE would actually (a) care to listen to, and (b) actually be able to change/implement. This suggestion is intended specifically for those people, those "higher-ups" in PWE who we never hear from, yet who make the decisions. I wish I knew who they were. -_-
But anyway.
My suggestion is a simple one:
There are still several big retailers who carry other "game cards" made by the "Fastcard" company. Yet, PWE cards are noticably absent among all the others. As of this post, we only see PWE cards in Target, Gamestop, and 7-Eleven. Why have you stopped with this?
It was actually a really ingenious strategy, IMO. And it can work again, and actually help the economy that your "gamble packs" (because that's what they are) have turned on its head. Here's what I see happening:
Now, am I saying that raffle events are going to give you as much revenue as gamble packs? No. Of course not. Although I don't know much about the amount of money you guys make from gamble packs versus other things (because those figures aren't available to us... *cough* >_>), it's safe to assume that no other event you could ever make will approach that kind of profit.
But eventually, you're going to have to quit with the gamble packs before this game implodes on itself. And in the meantime - as you've proven time and again - no week can go without some extra revenue-generating measure for PWE. So how about trying something that generates gold supply instead of gold demand? You guys make money either way.
Please consider this idea. It'd be nice to see some proof that somebody who can make decisions cares about us in the least.

But anyway.
My suggestion is a simple one:
- Cut deals with more retailers to carry PWE prepaid cards
- Hold more "raffle" style contests akin to the Ninetails contest in 2009
- Give boutique "sales" and "events" a break for 2 weeks or so at a time while contests are running. As in, leave the boutique COMPLETELY alone.

It was actually a really ingenious strategy, IMO. And it can work again, and actually help the economy that your "gamble packs" (because that's what they are) have turned on its head. Here's what I see happening:
- You release the cards to one major chain, and you offer a raffle for people who buy cards from that chain. This generates player interest in those cards, meaning more ZEN charging, meaning more gold being available (i.e. increasing gold supply).
- Whereas your constant and relentless "sale" events and gamble packs generate revenue by more people wanting in-game items, (i.e. increasing gold demand) "raffles" like this just generate more ZEN in the system without being purchased for any particular purpose.
- Assuming you do not do this during a gamble pack event, this ZEN will be less likely to be used on Packs (unless the player hoards their gold until the next event), meaning fewer Tokens of Best Luck (which, let's be honest here, are ONLY being used for Ten Million Big Notes which cause our inflation problem)
- More ZEN in the system without a big "hook" item means more chance of gold being offered through the gold trading system. This could be a very helpful step towards the gold system being realistic for F2P players to use again.

Yes, I'm still a stubborn holdout in favor of the old game. Haters gonna hate. ;]

YES! I second this!
The game retailers in Canada especially where I live have barely any PW prepaid game cards. x.x;;[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
