character account transfer

Hi. i have 2 accounts and i wanted to move one person from one account to the other. but i dont think we can do this. please consider this so people with multiple accounts can move characters from 1 account to the other. down below are some restrictions

RESTRICTIONSb:angry
1. We will have to pay money. say 15-30 dollars or around that range. this is so people cant do it willy nilly
2. Can't play the character for a few hours to complete the process.
3. You have to leave the faction and all your friends will be deleted.
4. Character has to be say, around lvl 40 to account transfer.


Once again please reconsider this so if you have multiple accounts, you can move characters over for multiple reasons (ex. you have a lvl 86 character, your account got banned and you want to keep that character, you can make another account and move it over)b:pleasedb:laugh

Barbarian, Venomancer, Assassin, Psychic
lvl20 lvl16 lvl8 lvl12(and counting)

I know i have low lvls
