Demon/Sage CoD ?

Just a question about ecatomb.
At level 1 Chill of the Deep is a 55% attack speed reduction.
The reduction increases by 5% each level up to 100% at level 10.
When looked up the skills on ecatomb, I noticed something.
Both of them said "attack speed reduced by 50%".
Where did that 50% come from? or is ecatomb mistaken.

I believe a few or a lot of the S/D sin skills in ecatomb are invalid, or has bad description.

Edit: for example,

Demon Slipstream Strike in ecatomb says (Cooldown is reduced by 1 seconds).
While the same demon skill book I checked in ah, said (25% or 30% *don't recall* chance to heal 800hp).

Hm, don't really know what you read there. I learned Demon Slipstream Strike with my sin and it is like this:


For CoD it is: Sage reduction still 100% but 5 more Atk lvls and Demon still 30 Atk lvls and 70% reduction.
