Well, the title say everything...i want to know if the seamonster is a good pet or not.
As i saw ppl use it for his attack power, look like a pet perfect to grind faster or pvp (maybe high DPS?) but i want your opinions b:thanks
Thank you b:bye

I use the Guardian when I'm out grinding, or doing the "Kill 50 of these" quests. It kills faster than my Walker, and if I need to lure a mob out of a group of aggressives, it's fast enough that it hardly ever gets hit before I stow it and resummon.
It does technically take less magic damage than the Walker, but since it has less health, I still tend to heal it more against those types, and because the Walker tends to keep or get aggro better than the Guardian, I won't use the Guardian in dungeons or against world bosses.
It's worthwhile to have, IMO, since it does make grinding much faster. Mine's still not caught up to me from when I did the TB quest chain and jumped four levels, though, so I'm stuck using the Walker till I get around to leveling it b:surrender .0 -
I think seamonster guardian is a good pet, and i think these pet brother were dark wanderer.
Because they has almost same attack power and attack speed.
Though guardian defense goes to magical and wanderer goes to physical.
(guardian has lower phy defense, wanderer has lower mag defense)[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
Sorry i speak engrish b:chuckle
Nickname doesn't have anything to do with sailor but related to a folklore
Use search, it was your best friends to avoid many suffering in internet...0 -
I've had a Seamonster Guardian on my Veno, but I don't think it's a good pet.
For some reason it couldn't hold aggro, or maybe it was because it was only lvl 19.
Well, I was lvl 19 too, so, I don't know, but I got hit all the time, lolz.
Then I tamed a Glacial Walker, and I think they can hold aggro better, but that's my opinion, lolz.0 -

Blame the veno: not the pet. You are doing something wrong.Be kind: Help the GMs to depopulate the servers.0 -

The elemental Bash on the Walker does hold aggro better, IMO, but I never have trouble with my Guardian, unless A. It's underleveled, or B. I'm fighting things many levels below me. Flesh Ream is pretty good at gaining aggro.
Regardless of how good the pets hold aggro, though, if you're spamming spells, more often than not, the mobs will aggro on you.0
