Are the tideborn officially complete?

Hey, I was just wondering if the tideborn classes are now officially complete. TB now have 1. pretty much complete tt weapons 2. lvl 79 and lvl 100 skills 3. tweaks to skills + demon and sage skillls/spark. Also the problem with tideborn skin to face color bug seemed to have been fixed. So is it safe to say the tideborn are "complete".

P.S: Us clerics are still waiting for that magic def buff fixb:thanks

    No, at least I hope not.

    Sins can still spark in stealth and psychic buffs and debuffs still don't conform to standard buff rules.

    Aerogear upgrades are the only thing that comes to mind atm

    trust me end game gear is Much more expensive than a Nix. Im still working on my 4 Pieces of Nirvana, but I finished my nix about lvl 50 through merchanting.

    No there should be tideborn books dropping in fb89/99 which is not implemented yet which kinda sucks. The 92 skill books are also bugged and cant be learned til 99.

    Also we will get 7 sages weapon in 2-3 weeks for tideborns (already out in CN-server)
    That means assassins with 35k rep can get 5APS relatively easy with - 0.1 daggers, if you have the money for rest interval gear (tome-cloak nirvana pants etc). Its kinda unbalanced compared to other classes in terms of dps in both pve and pvp since assassins hits harder than any fist Bm but can achieve same dps.

    Assassins triple spark in stealth should also have been fixed, it would knock them out of stealth mode. It was even announced by developers, but still is not patched, even on CN-server. Its causing massive complains here but even more over there since they have more high lvl assassins with endgame gear, that has a ridiculous upper hand in any form of pvp.

    Anyone with 5aps or +50 attack lvl that can attack you 2-4 times in spark before you can counter with even a genie skill. Well not even full set of +10 Nirvana gear will save you unless you're a barb, which is why people are complaining and apparently hogging sz on Chinese server. Both Arcane and LA armor classes on Chinese forums are crying and talking about having to go heavy armor b/c of assassins lol.

    So i would not say its complete yet. How ever i dont think they will "nerf" anything, they never do. More likely bring out some new in game content that boost def or attack or similar to counter assassins.

    heck they'll probably drop before their nix can get it's bleed off me. (genie to stop initial bleed, 1 shot veno, done) ^_^

    once you 100+ Nix stops hurting so much. I can tank multiple nixes in fact. It the +10 weapons that hurt now. And Nix cost about as much as 1 lunar ring when I bought my rings. So Really the I have to Pay $150 to be a good Veno isn't an arguement anymore. Ive bought 2 hercs and a Nix payed about 50 RL dollars between the 3.

    Also nix is only OP at earlier levels. Think of it as a +5 pet. Once you hit levels where people are +5 or more with armor and weapons, the nix feels to you like a sawfly felt with low refines. People dont understand that half of a Veno's utility/damage comes from their pet, but the pet cant be refined. Legendary pets should be thought of as a refined pet.

    i assure you i can take down high 9x with my lvl 82 phoenix and npc level 60 gear.(La and Arcane only of course)(HA is definately way harder and would need me to get a armour break or something with npc gear). so yeah -.- coming from a level 101 HA -.- and another veno.. it isn't convincing at all

    ALthough i do believe fishies are op

    High lvl 9x doesnt matter. Did you check there gear? Were they refined a decent amount? I doubt it, because end game high refinement ussually doesnt start till TT99 or Nirvana (or 95 if people actually farmed Lunar armors). Like i said, you can think of nix as a +6 pet. So tell me how it is when you start facing people with pretty much +6 gear at end game. Playing feild kinda evens out. Before then yeah Nix is a bit OP.

    But if there were no Nixes, come TW at 100+ with lots of refining, the Veno might as well not even have a pet. They needed an end game refined pet. I would just have preferred if the nix egg start at level 90 or 95 or 99 or something, so it couldnt be used by low levels but rather something that was worked for, for end game.

    But regardless, it isnt OP in TW at end game. For that matter once hitting 100ish instances, Herc is no longer OP, as they cant solo 3-2s or 3-3s or Nirvanas, and some of those fist -interval BMs can do the same thing solo in alot less time. Again, sure Herc is OP below then, but once you hit the TT99 & Nirvana realm, the Legendary pets are nothing more then a highly refined pet to accompany everything else in the game being highly refined.

    Considering they now have all of their skills yes they are complete....should these skills be balanced? Definitely...Go on ecatombs and read the 79 and 100 tideborn skill descriptions and then compare this with other classes 79 and 100 skills...its complete **** that their longest cooldown on any 79/100 skill is 3 minutes. And alot of their 10-15 second cooldown skills which could be considered primary attacks almost are far more powerful than other class 79/100 skills which have over 2 min cooldowns. Like for example, as a bm my two 100 skills have a 10 minute and a 15 minute cooldown...the 15 minute cooldown skill is basically useless unless you have an enormous amount of hp. Wizard 100 skills are complete **** as well...and crippled by enormous cooldowns. Veno 100 skills....10 min cooldowns....Archers have like 5 and 15 minute cooldowns...Barbs 5 minute cooldown skill is rediculous...Clerics are the only class which have 100 skills that do not have completely unreasonable cooldown times.

    For example...Bm 100 skill flash...

    Deals 150% base + 150% max - current hp in damage, and always hits. To deal any significant damage with this skill you need to have a difference of over 10k hp...so it is only really viable if you have like 15k hp base (like +10-12 refines)...as well as requires 2 sparks, and has a completely insane 15 minute cooldown. Useless skill.

    Compare this to psychics for example...a level 100 attack which deals base +300% weapon + 5.5k...and has a 50% chance to seal the target (silence = seal) for 5 seconds....WITH A 10 SECOND COOLDOWN..and requires no chi.....dont ask me what they were smoking when they made that.

    This kind of thing is ridiculous...id like it if many of the other classes 79 and 100 skills had cooldowns which made them much more useful...to the point we could use them all the time (anything over 5 minutes is just...for the most part insane).

    Sin content is done (on the dev's side) but attack speed balance is still in the works. Nothing else will happen to psychics afaik (there's nothing much OP about them once everyone walks around with end-game gear).

    We also have the lvl92 demon/sage skills that are requiring the lvl 99 culti. That needs to be fixed.

    Yeah, only an idiot veno would only rely on a nix only and just not worry about gear b:laugh ... I go with with just a sharp tooth kitten and have decent gears/skills instead because everyone would target the veno in PVP, obvious.

    On top of that, everyone can surpass herc / nix in all ways too. Those overpowered pets are definitely just add ons for the veno. The veno needs to push her own self up.

    Nothing else will happen to psychics afaik (there's nothing much OP about them once everyone walks around with end-game gear).

    Psychic buffs still need to be added to Purge routine. I guess thats actually a Veno change when you think of it. Altho it applies to more then veno's, such as lunar bow or anything else that can purge. Same goes with their debuffs, anything that cleanses needs to include psychic debuffs.

    look at the debuffs from our point of view... deminish vigor(you know... charm channal increased) is shared with our only true buff(enpowered vigor barbs know this...decrease charm channel) which is only 90 seconds.
    Our soulburn (hurts you do anything besides walking) is only 7 seconds. You guys(and grils) are smart work around it 7 seconds is nothing(plus it costs a spark so we can't spam it, and if you are wise you stop us... its a slow spell) compared to say...clerics mage debuff, barbs physical defence debuff,venos poison, bms stun chain(and our demonic bros. & sisters assassins) archers barrage.
    ok...*sigh* :D our dots... is just another style of fighting... you clerics have your way of spaming IH then fighting. some psychics play it safe and rasie def and use dots... some venos like to use fox form and debuff were as others spam magic. some archers stick to a certain arrow,bolt etc type. some barbs want more hp and fight in tiger form. some sins yous bows some use daggers ... I love every class, we are all special. psychics are just a damage over time class. Which is why our cooldowns are short (for the most part).
    There was a tread on this will find and paste... once i get off this wii's internet XD

    i agree completely with the sin spark, totally OP, and i agree to an extent with the buffs. the whole reason our buffs can't be purged i belive is because buff like soul of vengeance have a 10 minute cooldown. take away the cooldown and i'd be happy to let them be purged. thats just my 2 cents

    I agree with him about other Psychic skills. If they're gonna make them purifyable/purgeable, they should at least loosen up the cooldowns. For things like the Voodoo's and the Soul of's, you could argue that they shouldn't be purged or purified because neither is a pure buff nor a pure debuff. They have one up side and one downside.
    Empowered and Dimished are our only pure buff and debuff. Those should be purged and purified, but wtf fix their cooldowns for us then.

    And Soulburn, as it is now, is way overpowered. I'm all for it being purifiable, and hell they should probably nerf how it works while they're at it. Make it FIT THE DESCRIPTION. Make it only work if the Soulburned target attacks YOU. As it is now, the only way a person can survive Soulburn is to kill the Psy with massive hits (DPH) or use some form of sleep or stun to last the Soulburn duration. Personally, I've killed level 100+'s who've melee'd an NPC for chi; just walk up and soulburn them when they're meleeing and before they know it they'll be on the ground dead. This makes Psychics EXTREMELY dangerous in group PK instances.
    Also Soulburn is 8 seconds btw. 10 for a Sage.
