Everybody looks the same, tideborn have no hair

This happened after the patch. Is it a patch issue? I was also messing around with the quality controls, what did I mess up and how do I fix it?

All of the tideborn are bald, which is bizarre.

Edit: Ah, the power of the post. Figured it out a second later. Like a moron, I had de-selected customizations.

    For this you have to go on the system controls and such and you have to turn on customization to see their hair
