    over a slow DSL, using BitTorrent, took me about two days. i had the torrent client dialled down so i could still do other things online while i waited.

    now that i've got cable, i'm sure it'd be much faster. good thing about downloading with BitTorrent, you get great status updates and estimated time remaining, as well as of course it reconnects and resumes as needed.
