Demon spark and attack speed

i have heard that they might Nurf demon spark and make the attack speed at the max of 3.
im not sure but would like to know

    Another rumor about nerf?

    The last one (remove quicken from demon spark) was apparently going to happen but PW-CN decided against it due to player outcry.

    hmmm if they do nurf it down to tht much ill be able to get tht amount of speed just with gear if i can get the gear tht is hehe
