Inventory Extension Stone How do you scroll?

How do you scroll when you just bought and dd the quest the largest inventory extension stone?I can do this is windowed but not scrolling which I would prefer.
Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    Check the scrolling box instead of the windowed thingy.

    There should be two tabs in your inventory screen, one saying "Scrolling" and one saying "Windowed". Make sure "Scrolling" is checked.
