Demon Psychic Skills

When can one learn the demon psy skills. Requisite level indicates 92 but one cannot learn this at 92 becaues the culti needed requires "Master of Discore" which is a lvl 99 culti? Anyone else have this problem.

I guess its my own fault for jumping on these skills so soon. I'm just disapointed on what I spent to get the skills which I cannot learn now until 7 more lvls.......throws in more quarters with rage...b:angry

    its probably a typo on the other part -.-; the lvl 92 is more then likely right.

    Wait, all the Demon Psychic skills require you to have the level 99 culti?

    ok i was wrong you do indead need to be lvl 99 to learn the skill.

    Yeah, what's the point of having our skills when we can't learn them until 99? Hubby made me sage soulburn and I have to wait another 5 levels for it -.-;

    What?????? we can only use the new skills at 99... thats so not fairb:angry

    I am still hoping this is another glitch that will be fixed. Kinda silly to have all the skills saying 92, but are actually all 99.
