Cleric Soling Farren And Trioc?

Hi all

I've been playng by some time,and I've Spirit-Farming a lot since most of my Skills were under-levelled,so I stopped some months ago at 59 and keep doing my BHs(Off course I also play on other 2 Characters when Im done with my BH).

I've been in many squads where people like BMs and Barbs laugh at me or simply believe that is suicidal for a Cleric to solo Trioc(Seriously?),not to mention Farren...

Well,people like that really have no Idea of what a Cleric can do,and that is the best second solo class in this game...so here what a very bored Cleric can do:

    I know Trioc does elemental damage and therefore can be tanked by an arcane without too much trouble. But Farren does quite a lot physical damage. If you managed to tank both of them alone (and at the same time), I'm impressed and congratulations for an awesome job b:victory

    and lol, you not only tanked them both, but also had enough free time to change fashion in between several times b:laugh

    Clerics can tank just about anything once you get to the right level...

    I even tanked my fb99 Culti bosses.

    We are not just "healing machines" and are a great solo class...just don't think you can do it all alone b:chuckle

    Yeah, people underestimate clerics a lot...including a lot of clerics themselves!

    ^ I agree with you on this!!

    My philosophy has always been that I will try a boss at least once and if it did not work come back a few levels later and try again.

    It is all in knowing your skills. Clerics have SO many skills available to them that allow them to tank/solo most bosses.

    Yeah it does get annoying when people constantly say "You're supposed to heal. You can't attack" from tanks and clerics alike. Clerics do have some good attacks once leveled up, that can help with tanking. It's quite possible to be versitle.

    I pop up my Character stats screen for a few second during the first run from Trioc,I had 29 Vit and 302 Mag,but my base vit is 5,I had 2137 Hp because all my equips are refined +2 and have Average Citrines there and there.So yes im pure mag.

    WOW! I laugh too much and hurts my cheeks!!
    That i always suspected, and that was a reason when I choice Cleric class as my first selection to play.
    I don't really sure about all clerics can perform like Soul (it's like fly a plane and talk by phone at the same time for me u know), but it's a proof that cleric is a very versatile class. despite the cost of heal and mana pots and a LOT of beloved IH... ha ha ha! (All we can do it's because of IH).
    Clerics are good against magic ranged moobs. No barb can stay alone in this case, i guess.

    b:cryi cant tank anything, i even died in fb19, not mentioning afk outside sz at lvl-10 mobs hitting me to dead.

    it's stupid 2 say clerics are weak or can't solo stuff :P every class is strong if u know how to play it !!!

    but from all my BH's specially one in 59 \i don't mind cleric tanking as long he/she let me know be4 I charge and he decide not to heal \;p

    but the most amazing thing I ever seen was a wizard from Essence tanking Eyes of Krimson " I can solo krimson fully buffed " but that is a wiz ...OMG I wish I remember his name .

    That was truly amazing. Makes me want to go solo stuff today :D

    I want to see a barb or bm soloing these at your same level without a charm b:chuckle

    As said in different threads, the "weak" class in a game will be more powerfull in end-game. This happened on every single mmorpg i've played.

    Im pretty sure if you didnt have all those HP equips you'd still be able to solo them :P

    Eyes is fun to tank....and not surprising a Wiz can do it bc of pdef. Although now I am curious who it was too.

    Today i trying to solo qingzi as lv 44 cleric.
    When only 80k hp left, i am run out of mp pot and died. b:cry
    What i learned today is always borrow more than 20 mp pot. b:chuckle
    Btw the cleric is pure magic with 5 base vit, 1208 hp.
