Orbs from 1 to 10 rafine

Hi, does anyone know how many d orbs 1 are needed to take an item from 1 to 10 refine, step by step?

    +1-+3 = use only mirages
    +4 = use tienkungs
    +5-+7 = use tishas
    +8=+10 = use 10* orbs.

    You'll save a LOT of money doing it that way.

    I keep wondering if they are ever going to bring back the 8* dragon orb that was the first above 5* they sold in cash shop. For only 25 gold, it was a pretty good buy.
