alright can anyone help with account issues....
ok cus my cousin and a friend of mine wants to make an account and play the game but everytime they make one and try to confirm their account or varify or watever u call it they get an error....so can anyone tell me wat to tell em to do...

    Tell them to go to http://support.perfectworld.com/ and click on the Account Issues button for further instructions.
