only way u could get it is to try with randoms,but thats like gambling and u would probably spend alot of money and still not get the color u wanted

Yeah, when you buy an item from the boutique - it is a random colour but it can be any colour from the HEX colour chart ([black]#000000 - [white]#FFFFFF) and not a 'set' colour like the in-game dyes. To try and achieve this colour once more, you would need to use random dyes - the ratio would be about 1:500000 to get that same colour again so it's not likely.
