    Jumping ship actually helps because when they jump the ship, the ship loses weight so it won't sink anymore.

    No, it's more like when people who cause or amplify the problems/issues/whatever leave the faction, they take the problem with them. This also eliminates the negativity that a problem is causing in a guild.
    In a lot of cases, it's a good thing to clean house when things are just not going right.... And as far as TW goes. It shouldn't destroy a guild. It's dumb to think you can always be in the guild that wins all the time. Not impossible if you don't care and just jump to the winning side everytime. But that's for losers.

    Anyways, i don't know what caused tao to lose members so i can't say if it's a good or bad thing when people left. But i wish them goodluck.
