Cant log in a specific character

I was playing on Mozilla Firefox when my main bugged out and i can't get back in although i can log in fine on the rest of the chars of my account.It has happened again and my in-game husband logged in her from his computer and it worked after that.-i know thats not the most legal thing but it worked-.Now that it happened again he is not available to help me atm and i wonder if there is a way to fix it once and for good.

System:

Acer Aspire 5739G
Windows Vista 32bit Home Premium 32 bit
Nvidia GeforceGT 130M

Also read about copy-pasting the DxDiag txt..up to where if u need it?


EDIT:After 2 verifies and a million of tries to log in i managed to log in and found myself exactly where i was the previous time it happened.Actually i was doing world quest both of the times and it happened on stop 19 tusk town coordinates 464,339

Still confuzed though.anyone else having trouble with that spot???
