Just one things i wanted to tell to everyone, those skills doesn t increase/decrease hp regen/recovery they only act on pot/skill healing ability and charm cooldown and that s it

+it doesn t work on bloodpaint
++ don t cast it on the cleric >.> it benefit only the target

Hoppe this thread bring a bit of light on those two skills for some of you psy out there b:chuckle

    It increase the healing on themselves not their target,

    Edit :The thing is just to understand that the effect isn t in some way "linked" to the healing skill you ll use but to the body of the person who get the buff.

    if u cast empowered vigor on barb then ep heal barb the heal used by ep on the barb will be higher

    It increase the heal on the buffed person, don t get me wrong b:laugh

    I ll make it even more clear
    *skill descritpion*
    Increases the target's healing ability.
    Increases the healing effect of skills by 11% on the target (the one who is buffed with vigor)
    Increases the healing effect of potions by 16.5% on the target (the one who is buffed with vigor)
    Reduces the cooldown time of Guardian Charms by 0.3 seconds on the target (the one who is buffed with vigor)

    anyone who CAN READ doesnt require explanation of that skill. end of story.
    want me to make thread that lvl 10 Black Voodoo increases att lvl by 22 and reduces defense level by 11 ?
    and that it last 15 minutes ?
    if u really want to give a good information of that skill tell us something that 95% of the players dont know. i appreciate your will for explaining but...

    Take a look at the forum and see how many ppl still think it stop hp regen on boss, or if you cast it on the cleric the cleric will heal the barb better etc.
    I understand this skill can be confusing for some ppl, i know most of ppl will understand it well but there are still some player that won t i m just trying to help b:lipcurl

    yes i do. lvl 94 and i am playing it since TB got out. they asked me what it is. i always just say whats in skill description and nobody ever asked me for an extra explanation. ok i guess i was lucky nobody never harrassed me about it. it was just strange to me some ppl find it hard to understand + i was frustrated that day. i had male pms, please have some understanding :D yes, we have it too =)
    lol sometimes i need to read something 20 times to understand it properly.
