Redo FB19 - HELP please!

I've tried searching for the thread that answers this question, but there must be a million threads with "fb19" in them. If you don't want to read my entire story, you can just skip the next paragraph.

I asked for a squad in west Arch to do my FB19 (human). Someone answered and got a squad together, so we went to the cave. On the way, they asked if I needed the mobs. Of course, I needed them: they're part of the FB quest. After some confusion among the squad members, we started marching through the cave. Somehow, I managed to get attacked by several mobs even while trailing behind the party. If I wasn't using my free newbie-charm, I would have died. Where were the people who were supposed to protect me? Moving on, we killed a lot of mobs and then the boss. I was very thankfull and we all parted. Outside the cave, I looked at my quest and saw that one more mob was needed. X.X I quickly asked the person who started my little adventure if she could help me one more time to kill the last mob. She very kindly agreed. We succeeded after she gave an impressive display of mob killing and then we left. Once more outside the cave, I looked at the quest which told me that I now needed to kill the boss. X.X Well... I then went back to west Arch to ask for another party. Someone answered and we went to Etherblade. He asked if I had the item that lets a squad do the quest, so I checked. It wasn't there! X.X I went to the elder, but he had nothing to say. I canceled the quest and got it again, but the item did not show in my inventory. I'm stumped. Please help.

If someone needs to redo FB19, how do they get the item back that allows a squad to do the quest (Call to Duty)? If anyone knows, please answer. Thanks for your help and for reading.

(BTW, when you're doing someone's FB19, make sure you ask if all of the mobs are dead before killing the boss. You can't get credit for the boss if you don't get the mobs first!)

UPDATE: Someone was very nice and ran my dungeon for me without the tablet. I was so thankful that I joined his faction. He even responded to my call in west Arch rather quickly. As for FB19 Human, the mobs I needed were mostly in the first room. During the first run, someone had gotten there before the rest of us and killed them, so I didn't get the credit. When doing FBs, you must be patient and wait for everyone to arrive.

You only get the tab(s) once and once used you cannot get it back. The tabs are designed as a "bonus" for those helping you and really has nothing to do with the actual quest(s) that you need for the boss.

You just need to find someone(s) who will run you through the cave and get the boss so you can complete your quest.

Well, it's still impressive that you survived "several mobs" without anyone helping you :-)

Other than that, get used to it. MMO"RP"Gs are full of players who don't really care. They rushed through the dungeon, didn't actually worry about you or your quests, only interested in the exp for themselves. I know there are enough quest monsters in the untamed and elven FB19, so I assume it's the same for human...

I don't know how easy it is to find a FB19 party on Dreamweaver, but it might be easier to find one to tag along, rather than one for yourself :-) I suppose getting to the boss isn't a 5 minute job in the human FB19 either, so people might not like doing it without a Call to Duty. And it's not like they'd need 7 people to clear the dungeon (unless the human version is considerably different :-))

I've heard the human is the easiest.

Good luck finding someone not in your guild that will run your instance to kill the boss untabbed....

My advice is you camp by the elder and ask any new players you see if you can go with them on their FB19 since you need to boss.

Also, To anybody who says fb19 elf/untamed doesn't have enough mobs, you haven't gone in with a Charmed BM who rounds up every mob in the room (even small ones) and then pulls a massive AoE crit outta his **** to kill them all in a single go ^.^

As for human fb19, well I usually get the people's get quest within the first room and second passage way xD

I keep reading references to "FB19". What is it and why don't I hear about "FB6" or "FB22" or "GX11" or whatever?

FBs are dungeon quests that you get every 10 levels, starting at 19 and (with a small discrepancy at 51 instead of 49) going all the way up to 99. It includes quests you get for mobs in the dungeon, the quest for the boss, and a tablet that you use to ensure the rest of the party gets exp for helping you.

You can do an FB without the tablet, which is what the OP is trying to do, but the other people won't get exp so they're less likely to help you. But honestly, I don't see the big deal here. It's 19, for heaven's sake. Is it really THAT hard for Dreamweaver?

It's a quest you get at lvl 19, hense fb19. You get one about every 10 lvls. So you'll also hear fb29, fb39, etc, with the exception on fb49 which is usually refered to as fb51 because you usually run it at lvl 51 so that you can get all of the quests done.

(and possible fb100, but idk much about that O.o)

It's an abbreviation for the Chinese word for dungeon or something similar. I think it was "fuben."
