Couple of problems

Aloque - Sanctuary

1. Can't update server
2. Can't connect to the the update sever
3. already downloaded the patch and tried it manually got a "update listed files error"

I (and possibly a few hundred other people) need help here royally. I also tried redownloading the entire game (which made this worse read later on how to fix that)

(Since it won't start on it's own I go to Manual patch, click the file selected to download (the latest patch))

Game version 296:
Client out of date
Preparing to update
Downloading listed files...
(then pops up the little box saying "update listed files error")

hold on I might be getting somewhere. I fixeded it

apparently when I redownloaded the game that made it and older version, to all those who encounter this problem if you're game version is 296 then you need to download the patch 296-316, your game version will need to say 316 before you're able to download 316-319.
