GM Spam on Dreamweaver?

It's been happening since last week and sort of ran into last weekend. GMs will post in their red text something odd...for example, once someone circumvented the word filter in World Chat and the GM told them that wasn't allowed. Five seconds later, the red text appeared again with a lot of bleeped out cussing spam.

So, wasn't sure if this was you guys being silly or something else, and wanted to be sure.b:bye

    That was just a GM having fun while pointing out that bypassing the chat filter is wrong.

    I don't actually remember the GM actually "swearing" just typing out normal sentences (and nursery ryhmes) with *'s in place of vowels or switching letters around. I didn't see anything inappropriate about what the GM was typing.

    I'm pissed they said around 5pm server time that packs where only going to be there for 1 more hour. That was wrong and the person that said that should get fired. You don't lie to customers about packs being out when they OBVIOUSLY wont be.

    Same thing happened here.
    However, it was a mistake.
    They shouldn't get fired for making a simple mistake.
    Especially when everyone knew that they always leave after maint.

    atleast you guys have active gms.. In HL server it takes a miracle to get a gm to even talk

    The part about "Packs leave in an hour!" was either an honest mistake or a joke, but either way don't take it so damn seriously. The economy was pretty much screwed over by the time we had Corals, whether the packs leave or come back really doesn't matter at this point. Get over yourself if you think somebody should be fired for cracking a joke or making a mistake, and get over packs, too. Because they will be coming back.

    Now that that's over with...

    I quite enjoyed the GM spam. It was great entertainment during the latter half of a Frost run, although I've not been online every time we've had GMs actually being more than just... well, GMly I suppose. It's nice to have GMs that actually say hi, and don't mind having a laugh when reminding people of a few rules. In fact, it's a huge improvement.
