Put it this way if u where me would u be upset or or full of frustration knowing that you buy thease cards to get items on game then one day it wont let ya .

Knowing that the sale will run out what next your out of luck any one would be upset over this or imagine if you paid money on something brought it home then it was broken or whatever then u keep bringing it back for another one it cost gas to travel back and forth to the store and target like 4 or 5 miles away from me.

It's not fun then waiting to see when it will be fixed by that time that sales over.

Iam not the only one on this game who has this issue a friend in new york city tried it to same issue happend to him also a few in my squad doing bh 79 told me they had the same issue.

So it's a problem for a lot of people not just me.So spam how u say it you like any other person would be upset knowing this is last chance to get the things u need such as tiger packs etc.

It kind of tells you should i or shouldn't i trust buying thease cards again knowing theres going to be a issue.

In how long will it take to fix a issue maybe a week we dont know could be 2 weeks could be shorter you can never tell.

My point is this if your a paying customer and if you pay for something you should deserve to get what you paid for am i right or am i wrong?

I'm glad I'm not the only one having this issue. I'm really upset myself; I've talked to a Billing Person via live chat & submitted a ticket; but it still doesn't put the gold in our account now when we want/need it; does it? My problem seems to be that it's not processing; is that where your problem is? I'm so glad they "fixed" the billing page! I just hope they REALLY fix it; soon!

As i said it shows the amount after using card then i click check out it's processing the amount but after processing no gold (0) ZEN i like to know when will they fix this issue and i pray this company know's it's created a lot of people mad at them over this .

After this and loosing my chance of getting what i wanted with my ZEN that i cant seem to get from using a perfectwold game card i dont think i should buy any more cards any more.

It would be a waste of time and money to buy a card type in the pin then while it's processing you dont get any ZEN and why a lot of peeps are saying and the one's i spoke to they should of left it alone it was fine befor i just tried again with this 20.00 dollar card it still aint fixed .

Not even a email or anything stating there going to fix it it almost seems do not they care well that's my opion this is a good way to loose player's some even say there going to quit perfect world and other games from this company do to this issue with ZEN.

Some even say that look's like pwi dont want are money i even heard that from seval player's.

So a lot of people are very mad and upset over this and im glad some are saying here there having same issues.

So the question remain's will they fix or not to fix that is the question ????

Now i bet that there upset with me right now pwi but as a paying customer i deserve what i pay for so again i just realy hope they fix this issue soon it wont only affect pwi it will afect BOI,Jade dynasty,and other games to this payment methed exscuss my spelling peeps all connected to all games that's what it was befor i wont use my debit card to buy Zen i feel safe using game card's.

But now game cards wont work what are we supposed to do wait?

yeah, that's what mine does; it takes forever to process & when it's finally finished, there's no Zen. And it did work fine before they changed the billing page; b cuz I put money on my account Saturday with the old system; no problem. I went to put more on Monday after they changed the billing page & now BOOM; it doesn't work. So yeah; and I really like how some people keep implying that we're stupid and don't understand how to transfer Zen. I've done it quite a lot on the old one; because I'm a girl, I have money & I like to buy fashion. I know what I'm doing; I'm working towards my Associate's Degree in Internet Technology; and it's the billing system that got messed up; not my knowledge of how to transfer Zen. I love when game devs fix things that aren't broke and end up really breaking the stuff in the process. But I'm hoping they will realize SOON that it's a major problem for some of us & that they're gonna end up loosing money b cuz of it. That alone gives me hope that they will fix it fairly quickly; b cuz that's what these games are about, is putting money in their pockets. And it's really hard to do that when they break one of the ways that it was being accomplished. Until then; I guess we have to wait; but I really would appreciate hearing from SOMEONE involved with the game (Mod maybe??) saying that they realize this is a problem and are working on fixing it. And also letting me/us know when it IS fixed; b cuz I don't want to waste anymore money on PWE cards until I know I can actually get what I'm paying for, WHEN I pay for it, not three weeks from then. I do computer programing networking build and repair computers even deal with microsoft on a daily basis i know what iam talking about. And at least we know we aint stupid we know what's going on and this will affect all game's from this company not just pwi .

Just today again i heard seval people complaing about cant buy Zen and i hate to see BOI people will complain on there to pwi will have there hands full with this issue buying Zen.

Trust me there's going to be a major issue when this company cant figure out why they aint making money or people decide to quit all games and go to a differnt company i can see it happen because a lot of peeps are mad over this.

I know how to buy zen sense last may i must of spent thousand's of dollars in to this game for charms,marriage packs,mounts,cloth's,u name it now i cant even get this 20.00 card to work i all ready mad i couldn't buy zen to get tiger packs and some hyper stones.

well i wont buy any more cards for a while till they fix it i even tried live support there not open for billing it says to contact them on there norm hours then i put in the ticket number it says it's not valied wth is going on im saying to myself .

well i hope opthers will step up to bat to this topic or maybe we all go on strike lol

Shnuggles is on the case! I am looking deeper into this issue for you guys. Note that this is not effecting everyone, only a few people.

EDIT: This issue is now resolved. Everyone effected by this issue simply needs to go retry their card.
