hit lvl 58..but tideborn chain?

hi everyone!! so ive finished my tideborn quest when i was lvl 55 at heartbroken which is when the elder gives u 5 mirage and 5 stone.

so im lvl 58 now, and everyone has been saying different things about the next part of the tideborn chain that has me so confused

one guy continued his tb quest when he was lvl 57 (the making potions part) and another guy had a continuation after blood combat/heartbroken after lvl 60.


ps. I USED THE SEARCH BUTTON SO DONT COMMENT ABOUT THAT b:surrender

i used this site but i have no idea where to get 'visit dizzy' ?? i already checked dizzy herself. http://purplemelon.wikidot.com/rising-tide

so please tell me where can i get this continuation, AND WHAT ARE THE ACTUAL LVL REQUIREMENTS

    do you know why some people have it at lvl 58 or lvl 57? i mean this guy finished the potions quests at lvl 58 :http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=712002

    and i checked ormin today as well, he's as blank as a white sheet of paper b:shutup

    He probably just can't remember when exactly he got it. With the way people speed through levels these days I wouldn't be surprised.

    oh i see thanks for the info! i hope that i can actually get the quest at lvl 60.
    i just wanted a definite confirmation about the level requirements of the next part of tb

    Why doesn't anyone use their "Find Quest" button? It's really useful... and it even provides autopathing targets to fly to the NPC giving you the quest. Cool, eh?

    The Quest list shows almost all the quests available to you, even the fake ones (cash shop stuff, exchanging celestones for mirage etc.). There are VERY FEW exceptions, and the Tideborn quests are not among these. I've been stuck on the Tideborn chain for a while, but at least the quest to kill General Feng shows up as a "Normal" quest --- no specific Tideborn heading, I'm afraid. Whether that's the case for the other parts of the chain as well... no idea, but I assume so.

    There's another Tideborn chain about these stupid "Lochmur" NPCs; these show up as "Adventure".
    Slow progress, game is getting way too grindy :-( Quests I still hope to be able to do some day: FB39, General Feng
