Live Chat Fail?

When do the people ever help you in Live Chat Support? I've been checking in all day and it keeps saying to come back during tech support hours. All day friday and saturday and they haven't been online?

    Although Tech Support works during weekends doing tickets now, I don't believe they work Live Chat. Only weekdays during office hours.

    Edit: Friday, huh...? Not sure then...Maybe they were just busy?

    Tech Support does not currently do Live Chat.

    It is best to submit a ticket to Customer Support fully describing the issues you are having.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
