New Rebirth Delta bug

This past few days, I've had a few instances where a party have been ported into rebirth, only to find that the 6th person in the party doesn't get ported it.

I know someone who tried 20 times before they could get in, and another who tried 6 times.

Is anybody else having this problem? And is there any way you know of to solve it?

    Did that person have a full quest list?

    If someone has failed previously and still has the quests or has a full quest list they won't get ported in. Perhaps that's the issue?
    Bladestorm lets you spin around like a carnival ride and do damage. Not using it is almost like having a move called Confetti Rocket Power Leap and saving it for "emergencies"
