Genie Help

Ok i have been to every forum and none of them say how to equip genie gear onto a geinie. i have tried going to the watcher but i must be doing something wrong. my genie is the rioght level and the gear is a jade lvl 2 requisite level 13 my genie is 14. HELP ME PLEASEb:cryb:shocked
