Wow biast much...you locked the thread without even reading it.

I clearly said *twice* that the ticketing system is broken, it is impossible to send a ticket.
I've tried different browsers, but it refuses to work on firefox, IE and chrome.

    What version of those browser are you running?

    Do you have the latest version of Flash installed? http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

    Do you have Javascript enabled in your web browser?
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Firefox is my main browser, so I'll post info for that.

    Firefox version is 3.6.3, I have the latest version of flash (10.0.45.2), and I just updated java to the latest version but it made no difference.

    When I get to the ticketing screen I can select my game from the dropdown list, and the submission type, but it will not allow to me select character name or server, they are both greyed out and there is no way to continue with the ticket.

    And I just got this msg after being on the page a while:

    Psytrac's solution is a good temporary one but is there any official fix for the problem?

    I don't get why you would report someone ingame for using one of the games' functions, which is PK. HT is a PvE server, you go in PK mode on your own free will, so prepare to feel the result of it, here being killed outside SZ (duh). If that person would get banned by GMs...that would make their judgement extremely fail (yes i said extremely fail). Moderators and GMs should stay neutral in any case, and not go like 'oh poor guy getting PK'ed while trying to quest" "BAN" <.<
