amount of cap used?

hope someone will have a good idea what my gibberish is trying to say.
i have 5 gig broadband adsl line (no issues)
got 2.3 gig left to download of game (no issues)
ive had a lil look around to see just how much (cap?) (internet usage?) the game will be on a daily basis for maybe 3 - 4 hours a day.
if it was just the game i would have no worries, but all my studying is done through net and cant exactly allow it to kill me half way through the month.

anyone have any idea?
