Wierd Connect issues

On hubby's pc (bran new) PWI will not connect, sumtimes it launches up fine but always will fail on login screen. Here are two screenshots to show wuts going on. This is all on his desktop computer, thats using the same wireless internet router as my laptop. My laptop launches and starts all just fine, always online for 18+hours a day with it.
We have restarted pc many times and this has been going on for 3 weeks now. Once in a great great while it will let us login on his computer fine.

with this we even check the server status's

As you can see, only 3 of the servers are fine, which we can login to those servers with no troubles at all. But I play on Lost City server :/ but with us having laptop next to his desktop only the laptop lets us login on Lost City Server. Any idea on why its behaving this way?
