Level cap in squad?

In squad, highest lvl you can squad with and still gain exp?

You can gain exp with any level, just the further from your level the higher it is gimped.

Generally people say within 10 levels, while some maintain within 5 levels. When I do frost on my veno, I prefer within 5 levels but will go up to 10 levels if an extra person is needed.

Anything farther apart then 10 though = much less exp for the lower level(s).
