live chat or tickets?

how exactly am i suppose to send a ticket or live chat with a gm?
i go to the support page and click on this

Request Support
Submit a trouble ticket or speak to a PWE Customer Service Representative for further assistance. You can track the status/history of your tickets and chat via my support.

but instead of bringing up the ticketing or live chat

it opens up the page when i click this
