Question for GM/Dev.

I know this gets asked can a GM/Dev confirm if we will get housing or not, no flaming plz I know the normal response is a post where a GM said it is UNLIKLY for them to put housing back in, unlikly doesn't mean it'll never happen unless the meaning of unlikly has changed since I've been in school, but a person said they said no new servers with the expansion but when the expansion came out so did a new server, but we'd like to know if PWI is going to have housing, we have tanked over $500 in PWI and would like to know if its worth it to keep investing into PWI, we know that it was in the pay to play ver. and it has been pointed out to us many times, and we have pointed out that it people would want to get it if it was in the cash shop, and from the looks of the poll my Wife has theres alot of people that would like to see player houses and guild/faction houses.

    This housing idea kind of reminds me of how much those folks in PW needs a sense of belonging. I've noticed more and more people including catshops parked their chars in a specific spot for hours everyday, well almost everyday, as if that area belongs to them. Or probably just to show off their gears? lol

    I was told, (by someone whom I cannot name,) that we would not be getting housing because we got the Tideborn expansion. Simply put, the servers don't have the overhead to handle it all.

    Of course, the same person told me that the bulbfish was going to be the new goldmane and would never be in the boutique.

    In any case, it would appear that they are unable to at the moment. But maybe in the future, when the servers are upgraded, it will happen. Long future though. It's no cheap or small task to do a server migration/upgrade on that scope.

    Because if you are in a certain place, people know where to go to find your goods.

    Whilst I was parking in what I thought was quite a good spot (it really wasn't all that good) I did see a slow increase in custom as people learned I was there and sold the things I sold. So when they wante dmore, they could come back.

    Then I was offline for a week or so, and it went back to no people stopping by, so I stopped.

    Housing won't work because people can create as many accounts as they want and have as many houses as they want as a result taking up a whole lot of server space..............

    Tackle that problem and then maybe they will put it in.

    I used to play another MMO that had a type of player housing and the houses had their own servers and my Wife and I knew a person that ran like 8 different accounts and if I remember right he had at least 4 characters on each, but we figured that it'd be easier on the servers for there to be instance player houses and faction houses instead of lagging out an area before TW.

    Housing i believed you can only get if your 8jun+ (8th military rank.) So unless you plan to ++all your chars then you probably wont have that many houses. The housing part of PW will happen on a different map, kinda like TW does. But you will enter your house by npc. :D you can even decorate your house too by items you receive from worldmissions sumtimes, dunno wut everyone calls that quest here thou. anyways thats all the info i got for ya ;)

    The housing system will not be implemented because it was already removed. It existed in Beijing when the game was subscription P2P based. The GMs have already stated specifically, not that they have no plans to implement it, but that it will NEVER be implemented here. It was already in the game and was permanently removed years ago.

    World Map races are also a remnant of the old game which will never return either.

    There are many things that *used* to exist that will never be brought back.
    I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.

    well maybe they should also remove all the housing decorations people are still finding.

    There have been no new developments with player housing; this response still stands.
