Help with sharpening

I was wondering what is needed and who do I go to to sharpen my daggers, I made some lvl 4 daggers that says sharpening will increase my attack hit points.

Ps also I saw a list of meanings for all the bh and lh and all kinds of abvs can anyone shwo me the link to that listing

    That's a weapon effect (aka proc) called Sharpen. Randomly, it will give you a buff that temporarily increases your attack strength.

    And yeah, sharpen is a kinda useful random effect. Whilst attacking with the daggers watch for the buff to appear under your portrait sometimes.

    You may be getting confused with refining - which is a way to permanently increase a weapons attack power and costs mirages. Go to the elder to learn about that.
