Hi,

I see a bunch of ppl with manufactured flys, so i went to the npc of the lv30 quest to get ur first fly mount, he only gives u the option to buy the fly mount of lv 30.

So how and were do i manufacture fly mounts?

    That has to do with putting wind widgets on a cash shop flying mount. It adds the manufacturing label on it, even if it's not "manufactured".
